COVID-19 Response

The Ontario Government has lifted restrictions regarding the use of masks indoors. Therefore, Personal Protestive Equipment will no longer be used during sessions unless specifically requested by the client. If requested, the trainer will wear 3-ply masks, nitrile gloves and/or clean slippers inside the residence.
